1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of Combo Yatra, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Booking and Payments
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment as specified in your tour quote. Full payment must be made prior to the commencement of the tour or as per the specific payment schedule provided to you. Combo Yatra reserves the right to cancel bookings if payments are not made on time.
3. Itinerary Changes
While we strive to ensure all tours run as planned, we reserve the right to alter itineraries, transport, and accommodation in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political unrest, or transport strikes. Any additional costs incurred due to such changes will be borne by the traveller.
4. Travel Documents
It is the traveller's responsibility to ensure they have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates required for their destination. Combo Yatra is not liable for any disruption to travel caused by improper documentation.
5. Limitation of Liability
Ground transport is run by Combo Yatra with our own vehicles and our own drivers. We are responsible for providing it with reasonable care and skill, and nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
For services we book on your behalf and do not perform ourselves — airlines, hotels, and independent activity providers — we act as your agent. Those services are supplied under the provider's own terms, and we are not liable for loss, delay, or damage arising from their acts or omissions, or from events outside our reasonable control.
