- Payment data: payment is taken offline by UPI or bank transfer. We do not collect or store card details on this website; we hold only the payment reference you share with us so we can reconcile it against your booking.
- Technical and usage data: your internet protocol (IP) address, browser type, operating system, screen resolution, the pages you view, the website that referred you, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived on.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data to:
- respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote for you;
- arrange and deliver the tour or vehicle you have booked, and keep you informed about it;
- understand how this website is used, so we can improve it;
- meet our legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, that is:
- where we need to perform the contract we are about to enter into, or have entered into, with you;
- where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests;

4. Cookies and Browser Storage
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. To count a visit only once, this website stores a randomly generated session identifier and the last page you viewed in your browser's session storage. That storage is cleared automatically when you close the tab, and it does not identify you personally.
5. Who We Share Your Data With
We share your data only with the service providers we need to run this website:
- Google Firebase (Firestore, Storage and Authentication) — hosts our website content and stores the enquiry, booking and visit records described above.
- ipify (api.ipify.org) — when you open a page, your browser contacts this service to look up the public IP address of your visit, which we store with the visit record.
We also disclose personal data where we are required to do so by law, or to a regulator or law enforcement authority acting within its powers.
6. Data Security
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know.

You have the right to:
- Access — ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your personal data where we no longer have a lawful reason to keep it.
